Dr. Jerry F. O’Neill occupies the dual post of President and Professor of Pastoral Theology at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (RPTS) in Pittsburgh, a position he has held since 1995. Prior to joining RPTS he was Pastor at the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Columbus, Indiana from 1981 – 1995. Dr. O’Neill was also the Dean of Student Development for...Dr. Jerry F.
