“ Great Sermon! ” It is characteristic of Satan to get us consumed with fulfilling our desires in the here and now, no matter what the cost, with no thought for the Lord's glory and sin's consequences. This sermon reminded me of two Proverbs: "Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel" (21:17) and "An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed" (21:21).
