I am glad to be anticipating worshipping the Lord with you this coming Lord's Day. As we do come to worship Him, please be looking at Matthew 5:27-30. Once again, Jesus is correcting the teaching of the Pharisees and Scribes regarding the true nature of adultery. Jesus says, this is a matter of the heart. Sexual temptation is very powerful and destructive and can have deadly consequences in our lives.
As Jesus teaches His disciples what adultery really is, may we also learn how to identify it, kill it, and bear no fruit in it.
May the Lord help you to worship Him this week and on the coming Lord's Day.
