“ Sobering sermon ”
Those who walk in the ways of God, who take God’s word seriously and becoming more like Christ will be persecuted. No servant is above his master. If Christ was persecuted because they hated His message, we will be persecuted. As salt, we are stinging to those living in sin.

“ Great Sermon! ”
I studied this scripture and then search for a sermon that preached what the bible truth is regarding being tried while on this journey on this earth and the true confessions of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord of our lives. I would also refer to Matthew 3:11-12 of what no greater profit John the Baptist reveled to us with regards to the baptism with fire. Also the Paul in Hebrews 6:1&2 of the principles of the doctrine of Christ. This is the milk of the Word of God. In todays language "We are a work in progress" and we are not the potter of that work. God almighty is the Christian's potter!
