Introduction
“…desire to give your account with joy at the Last Great Day.”
I. Judgment is Coming…
…it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment. (Heb. 9:27)
…we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil (2 Cor. 5:10)
…we will all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. (Rom. 14:10-12)
II. Blessing is Coming…
• First, we will be raised up to glory • Secondly, we shall be openly acknowledged and acquitted in the day of judgment. • Thirdly, we will be made perfectly blessed in the full enjoying of God to all eternity.
