“ Wonderful Message! ”
Amen! Thank you for this wonderful message! Learn how we are eternally justified in the sight of God by faith alone! Sad to say, For many years I was ignorant of this great truth as it is clearly taught in the Word of God...I was just going about...trying to establish my own righteousness....see Romans 10:3.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Everyone should hear this interesting, timely message! Is not the "merging church" just bringing forth "strange children" that know not the true sovereign Saviour of the Bible?...Hosea 5:7  They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children...

Be sure to hear this powerful message! You will hear much truth about the eternal destiny of mere professing Christians! We need to examine ourselves to see if we be in the faith!

To Mike 1 Corinthians 15:22, Is clearly a reference to the ressurection, not salvation. to suggest anything else is to wrest the scriptures.

G,G Your source is merely a tool for propaganda, hardly an impartial source. The fact is many protestants starved, and as far as NOR AID is concerned yes thats really something to be proud of. you funded the IRA to buy weapons to kill, men women and Children, torture many men women and children, many of course who were catholic. but I guess that is something for a papist to be proud of, as this behaviour is a mirror of what your church has done during the ages.
What was the "Holy Father" doing during this calamity? Was he planning on selling some of the fabulous treasures at the Vatican and rushing aid to his famishing family in faith? By no means! He was keeping a watchful eye on one person - General Garibaldi - and was planning on moving to heretical Protestant England if he should lose Rome to the despised Italian nationalists. As a matter of fact the Pope's bounty on the head of Garibaldi would have fed a lot of Irish children.

"Many local Prot groups offered help to the Catholic Irish....provided that they converted first. How Christ-like of them!"
G,G Please give reference for the above statment.

As someone who's family went through both scot's and Irish famines, many of which died from starvation, and who where all Protestants. G,G Just shows me that, he is completley fooled by anti British Rebel propaganda.

I suppose you also believe that Catholics, here in Ulster can't get Jobs or Vote ?
Wake up G,G you are very deceived

Amen Dan, Ref John 5 22-24 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life

G,G Not wishing to answer for Dan but Jews also worship a false God, He who has the son has the father, and he who has not the son does not have the father.

"covering over of dung with snow" yes G,G a lovely thought indeed, to think that the dung, of my evil heart and life has been covered by the white pure, righteousness of Christ, so that God see's no more the dung, but only the pure white, to me this is a wonderfull thought. But an even greater thought is that of double imputation, that our sin's were imputed to Christ, while his righteousness is imputed to our account. "he died the just for the unjust that he might bring us to God"
I think that it was this that luther was trying to convey, when he talked of dung being covered with snow.
yes ignorance, fying to a statue,or a fount at lourdes, believing that in doing so an old Nazi in a frock, will pardon your punishment, from a place that does not exist.
that is ignorance

Yes Dan A veneer indeed, a veneer that was
washed away at the reformation, but unfortunatley is polished up again now, and is again deceiving the masses.
